I’m a passionate teacher of movement. After-hours in my studio, you’ll find me rocking out in my own private dance party, or experimenting with new and creative approaches to the exercises I know and love to share with you. I believe that movement training is an essential tool for feeling balanced and healthy in your mind and body. I can’t wait to play with you.

I draw from a mixture of movement modalities to address your personal needs. Our work together can be a rigorous sweat session, or a relaxing release on the massage table.
